Registration

Registration for BEAST is individual. If you are on a team, then list your teammates names, your team name and your team's competition category (for example, "solo woman", "2-man", "3-coed 45+" or "Team Lotto") with your registration information. Your teammates will need to enter, as individuals, and they should list you among their teammates.

The received by deadline for pre-registrations is five days prior to race day, unless announced otherwise. Registration is $5/person more if received after the deadline, and $50 on race day, (collected on-site only).

Cascade Orienteering Club members may pre-register (in other words, up to the early entry deadline) for $35, and we'll accept up to four COC Volunteer Appreciation Coupons at a value of $5 each. Just send them along with a check for the balance.		Please pay by check to receive the COC member discount.

* The Individual 3-Race, 4-Race and Season passes are individual racer package discounts for the 2008, 5-race weeknight series and may not be split among multiple team members. Cascade Orienteering Club members may use up to 10 COC Volunteer Appreciation Coupons as partial payment for the 3-Race and 4-Race passes and can send a check for the remainder. Registration options above do not apply to Fall BEAST, which has its own registration.

BEAST shirts are included in the 3-, 4-, and 5-Race package prices, and they will be available for purchase for $20 at the events. The shirts will be available in late May or at the June race.

Required entry information

• Your name
• Your contact information (e-mail, phone)
• Emergency contact person name and phone number
• Which races you're signing up for
• Competition category for each race you're doing (see Details page for category choices)
• Teammates for each race you're doing
• Team name for each race you're doing
• Racer who referred you if this is your first BEAST race and you heard about it from another racer

Registration involves two steps: (1) Sending your entry information, and (2) sending payment.

You are welcome to e-mail your entry information and pay by mailing a check, or mail your entry information and pay via PayPal. We just ask that you make a note that allows us to match your payment with your entry information, particularly when the name on the check or PayPal account doesn't match the name of the entered racer(s). --Thank you
